We were a bunch of friends who went out boating for a sleepover. After some serious (but obviously most important for the whole trip to be a success, since we’re always doing it) messing around and never managing to get away at a proper time, we got out at about 6 in the evening.

While the weather  moderately good, it felt great to be back out there again and I brought my camera and a pad and pencil. Although I never got around to draw any, I did snap of a lot of photos. Even some of my friends.

I got busy photographing the nature around the island whe landed on, and while I’ve not yet watched the photos properly, I hope there’ll be enough for a start album I’m going  to call “Sticks and Stones”. I just had wished that I had got more memory on my camera, cause 1gigabyte isn’t really enough. Well, that’s something for me to invest in when I got a solid economy again. Which is, not now. ;)

After doing some serious household work here, I am getting closer to being able to focusing on putting up some of my painted and drawn art on this website. On top o that I am also planning to start applying for different jobs in computer gaming, but that’s a story for another day as I don’t really got my shit together enough to do that yet.

No sketches this time either, cause I just can’t be bothered scanning any. :(

This is roughly the equivalent for the guy of going to a job interview and the company saying, You have a great resume, you have all the qualifications we are looking for, but we’re not going to hire you. We will, however, use your resume as the basis for comparison for all other applicants. But, we’re going to hire somebody who is far less qualified and is probably an alcoholic. And if he doesn’t work out, we’ll hire somebody else, but still not you.

In fact, we will never hire you. But we will call you from time to time to complain about the person that we hired.
